Hello there, I'm Sarah - HR consultant and leadership coach. I'm passionate about people and business, and how each can benefit the other. We spend 1/3 of our lives at work and today we're seeking quite a bit from our employer -- meaning, leadership, growth, equity, inclusion, connection (and much more). In addition to my almost two decades of experience coaching managers to C-suite executives, I am a certified executive coach through the esteemed Hudson Institute.
